To successfully manage and deliver our project/work we apply Prince2 and Agile Project Management Methodologies. The methodologies aid our clients and us with clarity and transparency every step of the way to avoid any ambiguity. We believe in excellent communication, the key to success and to prevent any last minute surprises. Throughout the life of the project we will use tools such as project plans/dashboard reporting, this is to keep you abreast of what has been completed, on track and scheduled. Other tools such as risk and issue log, as well as snagging list are used to manage risk, track and report on progress.
Furthermore we have been working with Deptford Co-op Homes since 2016, carrying out various jobs, such as renovating kitchens, bathrooms, emergency repairs and general maintenance. We also have maintenance contracts in place for couple of the surgeries, and churches.

Meet The Team
In 2002, I started as a labourer at Maldon Design and Build Construction Company. Working with the company for nearly ten years provided me with sound experience and knowledge of all trades, such as installing bathroom suites, kitchens, carpentry, floor fitting, carrying out loft conversions, plastering, and plumbing. After completing the build of the Rockwell Hotel, I stayed on to manage the bar and as Head of Maintenance Services.
In 2011, I started working for Corbyn Constructions, where I had the opportunity to learn the trades from beginning to end with new buildings being erected and the privilege of working with various tradespeople such as surveyors engineers, and architects, ground works, steel fixing, reinforcement, formwork, precast, and concrete placement.
Over ten years of exposure to various trades and experience and working with well-known construction companies, it gave me a good foundation, skill, and knowledge to embark on launching my own company in 2013. I wanted to focus on building my brand, identity and at the same time provide my clients with a service that stands out by continuously putting clients needs at the forefront.
In between running a business, managing clients and staff, I continue to look at improving skills and myself by getting further qualifications. During my spare time, I enjoy playing Pool, take interests in Antiques, as well as being in awe of the British Countryside.
With over 20 years of experience in customer services and delivering transformation projects for the public sector, Junu brings ample experience and knowledge in managing and delivering projects on time and budget. Many of Junu’s projects involved process re-engineering, managing change, developing strategic vision and activities to realise substantial savings, tendering, procuring as well as devising and managing risk, actions, issues and dependencies (RAIDD)
Junu delivered best value transformation projects sponsored by the Office of Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) and e-Government for the local authority, in bringing back office services to the frontline staff.
As the Transformation Advisor, Junu is reviewing and advising RFS on improving our processes and delivering projects using the right management tools and controls to benefit both, the back office and our clients.
Qualification: Experienced P30, Prince2 and Agile Project Management Practitioner. Post Grad in Business Management as well as studying for MBA in Business Management.
Interests: When Junu is not working she has a passion for traveling, learning about different cultures, cycling and swimming.
Business Support Officer
Responsible for day to day administrative duties such as managing post, emails, answering telephone calls, managing diaries, scheduling jobs in the diary, sending out confirmation emails, making sure all the paper work and invoices are up to date. In addition to managing RFS website, and all the social media channels Lina also manages the activity tracker, dashboard, risk and issues register along with the snagging list.
Qualification: Currently Lina is completing her BA, she previously worked part time in retail and customer services. Lina thrives on providing an excellent client experience.
Interests: When Lina is not working or studying she loves to travel and takes a keen interest in healthy eating and lifestyle.
