Project Brief: Complete Renovation of one bedroom Flat

This project included completely stripping down the flat to bare minimum to install a new bathroom, kitchen, renovates bedroom, living room, and hallway.

The works involved from rearranging plumbing to re-plastering and re-wiring the entire flat, painting and decorating as well as floor to wall tiling, oak flooring, installing new window sills to fitting new chrome switches and sockets to the entire flat.

For the bathroom and kitchen, we installed suspended ceiling in addition to new bath suits including downlights, new extractor fan, new bath suite, walking shower tray, new shower screen, basin, toilet and towel rail including accessories as well as floor and walls tiles.

In addition to the above in the kitchen, we designed and installed the kitchen units including worktops, appliances, extractor fan, tiled effect wall panels between kitchen units as well as new switches, and sockets.

Bedroom, living room and hallway renovation included installation of new radiators, new doors and door frames and light fittings.
