Project Brief: Treat Damp and Water Damaged Walls to the Rear Side of the Property and Internal Walls

Works to this property included repairing water leak between roof and drainage waste pipe and preventing water going through walls. Lowering and boxing in the AC unit in the hallway to top floor bathroom and making sure it’s insulated to avoid any noise.

In the main bedroom, we treated damp and wall damaged by water. For the kitchen, we stopped any mice coming through by filling in all the holes under kitchen between walls and floor. And completed the job with plasterboards where necessary, plastering and general painting and decorating.
