Project Brief: Complete Renovation of A Two Bedroom Downstairs Flat

This project included completely stripping down the flat to bare minimum to install a new bathroom, kitchen, renovates the two bedrooms, living room, hallway, separate toilet, balcony, and new front door.

The works involved from rearranging plumbing to re-plastering and installing new fuse board to re-wiring the entire flat, painting and decorating as well as floor to wall tiling, oak flooring, installing new chrome switches and sockets to the entire flat and replacing the fire alarm fuse/socket with single electric socket

For the bathroom and kitchen, we installed suspended ceiling in addition to new bath suits including downlights, new extractor fan, new bath suite, walking shower tray, new shower screen, basin, toilet and towel rail including accessories as well as floor and walls tiles.

In addition to the above in the kitchen, we designed and installed the kitchen units including worktops, appliances, splash back, new extractor hood with new outlet connecting outside, test all electrics and provide certificate.

Bedroom, living room and hallway renovation included installation of new radiators, new doors and door frames and light fittings.
