Brief: The complete renovation of internal and external three bedrooms Victorian house and garden.

This project included renovating the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, library, room, home office room, kitchen, hallway and stairs to all floors, replacing of the front door, windows, outside gutter, back and front gardens.

On top of the general painting decorating, plastering, plumbing, and electrical works, RFS built book shelving with cupboards in wall and alcoves in the dining room. In addition to creating a new disabled wet room downstairs by knocking through into the ground floor bathroom and moving the entrance to kitchen further.

RFS increased the size of the back window and installed new double glazed window and new back door, as well as new kitchen units and appliances.

Works in the hallway included removing the structure wall on landing followed by building window seats and banisters, adding picture rail and installing a new front door. Furthermore, RFS boxed in pipes on the landing and eclectics by the front door. Works in the library and home office room included decorating and general restoration of existing floorboards.

Outside work involved, rub down, filling and painting of front and back windows of the house (Including scaffolding hire), replacing the gutter to stop from damp coming through. For the rear garden, RFS cleared out and levelled floor, built raised beds, lay a new patio, recreated back gate, and replaced fences. The front garden included, Re-laying of the path, removed the hedges and tree stump followed by building a brick wall and installing a gate.
