Project Brief: Securing the Church from Vandals

The church faced with unprecedented vandalism due to dated gates and rusty locks.

We made the church more secure by replacing the damaged gates and where possible fixing damaged railings and by fitting extra metal railings. Furthermore, replacing the front door locks.

In addition to making the church secure, we also fixed leaky faucet, and the gutter at the back of the church. At the front of the church we fixed the board on the roof and applied two coats of weather shield white paint to the boards on the roof.

The remaining work involved rub down, clean; apply undercoat weather shield paint on the windows, grills and on the roof followed by re-plastering the corridor ceiling.
