Project Brief: Complete Renovation of en-suite, Downstairs Bathroom Lounge/Dining Room, and the Back Room

Our client wanted to upgrade the dated en-suite in their master bedroom followed by renovating the ground floor bathroom, living-dining room, and the back room.

We started work with the en-suite bathroom by removing the old dated bathroom suite, tiles and doing the general prep work of filling air vents. After rearranging the plumbing for the new suite, we installed new bath, shower mixer, basin, extractor fan, toilet, towel rail and all the required mirrors, bath screen, towel holders, electric shaver point, spotlights on the ceiling.

Addition to installing skirting around the floor, tiling the walls and floor we filled the glass screens above the bathroom door to match surrounding walls as well as fitted new door and architrave to both sides of the door frame. We completed the room with painting the ceiling and walls with mould-resistant paint.

For the ground floor bathroom, in addition to the above we boxed in piped under the basin with MDF board, re-plastered the walls, installed new radiators.

For the lounge, dining room, and back room, in addition to general painting and decorating, we plastered all walls and ceiling surfaces, installed dado rails, additional plug sockets, dimmer switches, built in cupboards and shelving in alcoves to specifications provided as well as the parquet flooring in the dining room. We also dropped the radiator pipes under the floor in the back room.
